I did receive a cruise survey after our April 2007 Hawaii cruise on Ininity wherein we did experience some "issues" both with the ship/cruise in general and some specific personal issues. I answered the survey thoroughly and thoughtfully. To date, I have not heard a word back. I sincerely hope someone is reading them -- and not using the survey as a way to "decompress" and forget about some very real problems I believe Celebrity is experiencing. I have enjoyed all our Celebrity cruises and hope to continue to in the future.
