HI,

Does anyone know what the differences are between a stern CC1 cabin and an stern SV cabin on the Solstice? I know the CC1's are higher, but what else?

Thanks

If you are referring to a CC! as Concierge class I'm pretty sure you hit the nail on the head other than the wee extras you get appies ,flowers etc. the rooms are the same to the best of my knowledge .....and I can tell you from personal experience that the rooms in 2A and 2 B's are the same but the balconies are about 6 inches smaller for those aft CC's.than the 2'sA&B. (measured them with my croc's.) But I have not been in a SV....
The biggest draw back to the aft cabins is the distance from the Rear Elevator and Stairwell. It's a long way when you forget something :)

The aft cabins have no where near the balcony benefits of the M class

"Note" that thumbs down got in there without my approval and I can't seem to make it go away :)

& then I did and it's gone now lol

Thanks. I ended up booking a CC1 on the Solstice. I have wanted to try Celebrity, but they did not have a ship in the Caribbean in the summer. I did book a stern cabin and am a wee bit disappointed that the balconies are not over sized. I do not mind the walk, so that will not be an issue. I will have elite status as I am a RCCL diamond member.

If you are a RCL fan (and you must be to have diamond :)) you really will enjoy the Solstice. It's a really really nice ship. Too big for us however.
If you really like the bigger cabins aft. Try the M class sometime. Now there are some great cabins with huge decks.

TY Bob. If Celebrity has more ships in the summer in the Caribbean, then I will try the M class. I have been wanting to do X for a long time.
