For a 7 day cruise they are usually the 2nd night and the night before the last night. If you post your exact itinerary I can give a more accurate guess as to when your formal nights will be held.The past guest party is held on a different night on each ship. On one of our cruises it was the night after the first formal night, on another cruise it was the night after our last port of call.
