While having dinner in the dining room do you select from a menu or is it theme nights?

What type of meals are served in the dining room?

Menu, although, the selections on the menu maybe fall within a particular theme.

Exactly what Bruce said....but keep in mind that by early afternoon, they will have the menu posted outside the dining room so you can take a gander and decide whether you'll eat there, or perhaps eat at the buffet

If you have a particular preference you may be able to arrange to have a certain menu item prepared for you for the following evening. Also there is a selection of entres always available such as a steak, ceasar salad, etc. if the menu items do not appeal.

There is a different menu every night and some are theme related. The variety is pretty good. Many of the ships now have alternate dining locations like Chops or Portofinos....but you pay around $20 for them.
