If the ships gets in on time and if it clears customs without delay and if All of your fellow passengers have paid their bills you can count on getting off before 10 AM easy. I'm pretty sure that the shuttle busses from Port to Seattle just load and go as they can but I guess that depends on which firm you will be booking.
