Yes, IMO. You'll get tons of replies both ways though. It's very subjective - everyone has different expectations & experiences. SOOOO, iIn my limited experience (about 10 cruises), I've found that the Grand Class ships don't handle the wind & high waves well in the AFT & FORE sections only. Mid-ship is fine though. I think RCI's Radiance Class ships 'ride' the smoothest.
