I did when I caught the bus from Ft. lauderdale airport to port of Miami. The bus driver was friendly, he handled our bags and as we were riding he was giving us tour information. He was actually describing different land marks. I did tip him. Even if he still wasn't as helpful, I would have tipped him anyway.
