Always best to check the ship’s website or information sent to you, but I have not heard of any cruise lines as of recent months asking for masks or proof. There has been a rise in new variants so depending on how far in the future you are cruising, check closer to that date. It may never return to the same restrictions as Covid hasn’t gone. There are just no statistics kept of how many catch it onboard and if you follow threads of assorted cruise lines, you’ll find posts from people who caught Covid or similar respiratory viruses on their voyage.
