The cruise lines don't have a "3 oz. rule" and we live not far from the pier, so that's an easy one for us. I don't think I would fly with alcohol. I would buy it in the destination city. BUT, if you want to put wine or alcohol in your checked luggage for the ship, I would wrap it in bubble warp and put that in a large baggie. Not that I've ever done that before! In just a few minutes, I had email confirmation that they had shipped, and I received them two days later. I'll be using them on our cruise, that's for sure!
