Upon further research, Dolphin Fantasea's was just taken over by Dolphin Discovery.  Apparently they did it in a "midnight-move" sort of way.  SOme of the problems that they have could very well be inherited from the last owner(s) although we visited a full two weeks after the transfer of ownership it did not look or feel anything like the experience that the above poster has related.  I caution about this because they seem to be hiding behind the facade of education in order to make a profit.

This is a very easy way to deflect any type of criticism since you are going down the "for the children" path, hard to defend against something that it 'designed' for children's education.  I have been in the education field in corporate, non-profit and post-secondary business.  I have seen a lot of mis-management and shoddy business practices in all three area's.  This one takes the cake and I only 'experienced' it for three hours.

Again, make your own decision, I trust that most people will.  Because of the way this was presented and delivered I have made this my current 'mission' to alert as many people as possible to the operational ineptitude of this particular facility.

I will post periodically regarding the outcome of my complaint to Princess and the tour operator.  Although I expect a response along the lines of " We're sorry you FEEL that way" from Dolphn Fantasea's.
