I'm sorry but I cannot quite believe that someone got a major sunburn through a window and furthermore getting a sunburn is not, and never will be, the responsibility of a cruise line.

Over tested??? Uh, did you happen to say anything about the tests that were being done?  Did you just sit there without saying anything?

For someone so knowledgeable about the husband's "condition" I cannot believe you would have knowing allowed this.
