The second degree burnt was actually an accident. My cabin mate was playing cards in the upper deck air conditioned restaurant where the sun beam in through the glass windows. His legs was exposed since he was wearing shorts. Both lower part of the legs developed bisters after 3 days. We went to see the Doc just incase but the Doc. was telling us the worst scenerio and that got us worrid. The Dr's name I think was Dr. Calveral or Calverole or something like that. She's in her 30s or early 40s heavy set and I think Hispanic/Columbian. She viewed the blisters and said it looks bad and was infected so she prescribed the oral antibiotics, pain killers, the anti biotic injections and blood test for sugar, blood presssure and blood test to check if the infection had affected the blood as well.

What do we know but we have to follow through as she make us very worrid with her scare tactics dianostic talk. We were worrid she will not treat him if we refused all the treatments she insisted as necessary. She also advices to have the blisters bandaged and changed twice a day. After the 3rd day I wanted to change the dressing myself and the Dr. said no, even though I said I can do it with the help of a nurse friend travelling with us. I know its an excuse to hijack our wallet but we were captive audience. What can I say.
