Mike, I just remembered that Pike Place Market may only have wine. Here in Washington State all hard liquor is sold through state controlled stores....which are not near as numerous as the wine boutique places. If you are looking for hard liquor the Seattle yellow pages shows a state liquor store on 4th avenue near Safeco field, which would be right on your way to the port.
