Hello, I have never been to Dr. Cave beach but I went to Margaritaville last time I was in Jamacia. JMHO I think Jamacia is scary. When we were there, there were military guys walking around the streets with machine guns. Just not my style, I guess. We did hang out at Margaritavill for a while, but there is not much to do there. A gift shop, a bar / resturaunt, and then there is the ocean. I did not see anyone snorkling, infact, there is no beach, just a sort of shakey metal ladder leading down the side of a cliff, directly into the ocean. In the ocean, there is a giant trampoline and some anchored innertubes. Overall, safer than most places in Jamacia, and a good time for a while.
