Dream v. Sea

Excluding things like price, timing, point of departure, itinerary etc. can someone please compare the 2 ships for me?

Will we be the only non-Texans on the Sea? I've read that the crew is marvelous.

Do we really believe that NCL will have finally fixed all of the Dreams engine problems by then? The engine issues really make me nervous & right now are the biggest factors against this ship.

Thanks in advance.

The Dream is a slighty larger ship with slightly larger rooms. You will enjoy the Sea, and yes, there will be other Texans on board.... As for the price the Sea is usually cheaper, as for the itinerary, they are the same.... The Dream does leave New Orleans on Sunday by the convention center downtown, the Sea leaves Houston out by La Porte, on Galveston Bay on Saturday..... if that matters.....

I haven't cruised the Dream but hope to someday. I have been on the Sea, going again in November. Among the things we like about the Sea: all the wonderful cruisers from Texas, the mid west and the Southwest. This isn't meant to knock any of my friends from the east or the west, but those who travel the Sea are just a little different breed I think.
