As far as the computers go there is usually a rate per minute or you can buy a block of minutes for various prices. Not sure what they would be on the Glory but I believe per minute rate on the Victory was 75 cents. They did have one day that had lower prices for a sale.
On non formal nights in the dining room casual clothes, no shorts or swimsuits, are fine. For men they prefer shirts with collars but a few t-shirts may be seen. They also prefer no jeans but you will see some. For woman clean slacks and top, again no shorts or swimsuits.
The first night of a cruise shorts will be accepted because some people will not have gotten their luggage yet. Non formal nights just dress comfortable.
