Lbeck according to the profile you provided I think Princess would be a good choice for you. It will have elegance but not be to formal. It will have people that fit your age range and people who are still active. Yes there will be a couple formal nights but the ties and such you mention will fit in on those nights. The other nights will be more casual and comfortable. The entertainment is generally very family oriented. Princess also has some very good lectures while onboard to talk about life in Alaska and the wildlife.Good luck in your choice.
