I don't think you will have a problem. We were in your same situation this past July on the Century. We had an early morning tour booked with Native Way, not through the ship. The lines moved very fast & we made it onto the island with plenty of time to spare. Remember that the ship operates several tenders so that they can get everyone ashore quickly.Enjoy.
