We privately booked through Captain Marvin over Christmas while on Voyager. Our tour was for 11:15 and we had more than enough time to eat breakfast, stroll back to the cabin and then get on a tender. When you get off the tenders, turn left off the pier and walk until you reach Captain Marvin. It is quite a distance, compared to the size to Grand Cayman, but not a bad walk. Give yourself 15 or 20 mnutes to walk. From there, Captain Marvin takes you by bus to the boats (at his own home) for the tours.
