I am on that cruise as well, while i dont have children i have traveled with many who do and they are very satisfyed with camp carnival, as far as shore excursions i never book ahead they usally dont fill up eairly unless its swimming with the dolphins or sompthing like that and i am never sure two months before a cruise how i am going to feel the day of the excursion.
the weather will be cool in Florida when we depart and return but as far as the stops the ship will make they average low to mid 80's.

Welcome to the crusing life one warning once you go you will never be the same again this is my 7th cruise and the 5th with cranival and i cant get enough.
