My mom just returned from a 14 day panama canal trip on the Elation, and she said the service was terrible. Overall, it did not leave a good impression on her. She did say that their cabin steward was very good. Also, interestingly enough, the ship was damaged while in one of the locks. Hope you have a better experience!!kc
