Hello Mary Ann, thanks for the reply. I've been trying to reserve something for a special date and keep hitting a brick wall, both with the Captain's Club and with the reservations dept. Enough is now enough as I've run out of time and I would like Dan Hanrahan to know how useless his employees are. If I send a complaint to Celebrity it will disappear and I will not get any joy at all. We have sailed with Celebrity many times - twice a year every year and are Elite members and have had this problem before and have complained about it but nothing gets done about it. I could send it via RCL but also have doubts whether it would reach him from there.
Bseabob suggested phoning - from Spain - not a good idea, it would cost more than the cruise and I have been trying to do this over the website for the past 10 weeks.
