I too would like Hanrahan's email address.  The experience that I just had on the "new and improved" Celebrity Infinity was unbelievably poor.  I and a great many other pax spent much of the cruise standing in line at Guest Relations with absolutely no evidence of responsiveness to a multitude of problems which were rather blithely attributed to this being "maiden voyage" which it in fact was NOT.  Rather than submit a very limited post cruise evaluation to that same staff who has no apparent motivation to attend, I want to send a detailed review to Hanrahan before I decide whether or not to post it online.  Thanks for any assistance.
