End of August Alaskan tour weather

On a Viking cruise to Alaska the end of August, will it be sunny and warm enough to sit out at at the pool?

I’ve been on the last week of August and have gone in the heated pool and hot tub outside so sitting by the pool on a nice day, of course. But, no guarantees on what to wear with the crazy unpredictable weather these days!
