Yes, it's true the Horizon Court is closed durning dinner on the Emerald. You can always go to the Cafe Caribe will be open from 5:30-11:30pm durning dinner hours.

What she means is the 3rd "Dining area".. which is just like the Horizon Court is open,named Cafe Caribe..at the way back area (AFT)....so yes you can eat at the Buffets there..the food is wonderful.. and available.. enjoy..

horizon court and cafe caribe alternate. times below:
breakfast buffet 6am-11.30am-horizon
luncheon buffet 11.30am-3.30pm-horizon
light snack buffet 3.30pm-5.30pm-horizon
dinner buffet 5.30pm-11.00pm-cafe caribe
bistro dinner 11.00pm-04.00am-cafe caribe
both located aft lido deck 15
