Hi! We are cruising on the Freedom in July to Italy, Greece and Turkey. We are traveling with our 3 kids and were wondering if anyone has done any shore excursions on their own. With 5 of us, Carnival's prices get quite costly in a hurry. We regularly cruise to the Caribbean and find independent tour operators/taxi services available on the pier for much less. Is this the casein Europe? Any advice would be great.
