Since we are going straight from FCO to Civitavecchia the day before the cruise, any suggestions on transfer options?  Also, any guidance on how long it typically takes to deplane, get luggage and clear customs?  Our flight lands at 9:10am and we were wondering what time would work to book a transfer.
