I would stick with a group tour in Mo Bay, preferably with the cruise line. There are some unsafe areas. I would be more adventurous in Grand Cayman. Captain Marvin may be 100 by now, but there are other private charters that are cheaper and less crowded than the cruise line stingray encounters.
