For Grand Cayman, because you are not in port that long I would book excursions through the ship. Also, you will have to tender in and by booking an early excursion (7AM as we did) you will get to be one of the first off the ship.Cozumels stop is much longer so you should have plenty of time, plus you are at a pier.(no tendering)
