Cayman, Cayman, Cayman!!!  The Stingray City/snorkeling excursions are the best.  I got my wife, who's deathly afraid to swim, to snokel there.

Forget Cozumel.  We did a snorkeling excursion through Royal Caribbean and it sucked!  Best off to find a nice stretch of beach and a few Coronas....
