My favorite thing to do in Cozumel is hit Playa Sol beach resort. You can take a taxi from the pier ($14) and the entry into the beach park is $8 and includes beach chairs, floating mats, volleyball, hammocks, and pool. For an extra charge, you can get a beachside massage, rent waverunners, or rent snorkel gear. There is also food and drinks available for purchase.
