I was on the NCL Jade in late February 2008. We went from Los Angeles to Miami. The day in Grand Cayman was great. The following day it started to get cool. There were noticeably less people on deck then the prior twelve days. That was my experience two and one half years ago. I have no idea what it will be like for you.
