I know no one really wants to do this but is it at all possible for you to get up an hour or two prior to checkout, and do what you need to do beforehand??As others have said, check with the cruiseline and they most likely will bend over backwards to accomodate you. I've heard of cruiselines often going "above and beyond" in service when it come to accomodating those with medical limitations or specifications. So i don't think it should really be much of a problem. Just be certain to clear it with the cruiseline, and re-confirm your needs once you are aboard so the crew knows of your needs.
