I have a medical problem of Irritable Bowel syndrome Diarehea. When I travel I don't eat anything or drink anything that will give me problems where I have to run to the bathrooms.

I am also in the habit of taking 2 emodium tablets in the mornings and not eat breakfast when I depart the ship.

If I had your problem I would call the Special needs assess dept. at 1-800-438-6744, for Carnival cruiseline. They are only open until 4 p.m. eastern time.

If you must eat something in the morning then have some pastries with some milk in your refrigerator and wake up at 5a.m. so you have plenty of time to use your cabin restroom.

If you give your cabin steward an extra tip he/she will most likely let you stay in your cabin while they clean the other cabins.

I have noticed cruisers getting off the ship until 11a.m.

They do have public restrooms where you can use it until you are finished.

I would highly recommend that you ask to use a wheel chair to get off the ship. People in wheel chairs pass up the long lines when getting off the ships.

I would also wear an adult "depends" if necessary and carry some extra clothes.

Where there is a will.... there is a way....
