We are in the middle of remodeling (call it a flip) our third house. (DH is a carpenter).
So this house was built in the 50's, and we rearranged the kitchen while remodeling (we sure could have used Suer with all that new plumbing).
You know how some kitchen's have that indentation for the fridge, so that it sits back slightly into the wall? Well this house had about a six inch indentation.
We moved the fridge to a different wall and had to do something with this little indentation. He was going to just drywall over it, and then I came up with an idea. (HE LOVES WHEN I DO THAT )
How about a can cabinet? I've seen them in some of the newer homes. Well it's done and already loaded up with cans, spices, etc. I can't believe how much we were able to store in there. The cabinet door sit flush with existing wall.
Thought I'd share the outcome with you...
