Ahoy Matey and =welcome to Cruise @ddicts.

Don't worry about the Holiday. If you've never been cruising before and you have nothing to compare to you won't be disappointed. Heck, even if you did have something to compare to you won't be disappointed. I was on sister ship Celebration after a number of cruises and I was not disappointed. Holiday's last refurb was in 2006 so she'll be in good shape.

Can't help you with Progresso. One of the few places in the Western Caribbean I have been.

We always snorkel in Cozumel alothough last time we were there we tried SNUBA which was great too. Here are a few web sites to help you out.
