First of all =welcome aboard..to get a lot of responses to answer all sorts of ???'s go to the Community board and post as well there...I adore Princess been 4 x in 10 years..the average age is varied depending on the itinerary,age of ship...Yours is brand new..going to be all ages.....also depends on time of year..whether school breaks are in session or not..you are safe with that.. school is still on........Princess tends to limit the number of kids..there is traditional first seating dinner...6:30..2nd traditional seating...8:30 and personal choice dining meaning whenever you head down to the restaurants..Formal nights..2 on this 7 day sailing are FORMAL on Princess..ie;gowns or very chi chi cocktail dresses/dark suits and tuxes for men..tuxes CAN be rented ahead of time on the internet for Princess functions..Lot's of glitter,jewelry and hair fancy/makeup..should you not want to be formally dressed there is the Horizon Court to dress casual and have the same incredible food..If you go to links above check Cruise Diva's packing list for help..Post often and have a ball..everyone here is very helpful and fun...:daisy......Joanne
