Ian, Suites get priority service for laundry, dry cleaning and pressing. In an emergency (i.e. wrinkled tux) you can get pressing back in 1 day, but plan to send it early one day and get it back the next. It's not free, but worth it.... we always pack carefully, but don't have to worry about wrinkles... we just send them in when we first unpack.Sue
