Hi Jeanaa - I think you will LOVE the Summit. Never travelled on Princess, but had sailed HAL 13 times before, and Celebrity is now top on our list!As we had late seating, we didn't pay too much attention to the midnight buffets. There was an Island Night party late one night around the pool, with beautiful fruit displays, sorbets, etc. around 11pm. The Grand buffet was held towards the end of the 10 day trip, I think around 11:30pm. Every night (supposedly), they served Gourmet Bites in the public lounges, casino, etc. Mini burgers, veggie treats, beef wellingtons, stuff like that...only partook once. If you get the munchies around midnight, you can always order room service, which seemed to have a nice variety. We sometimes ate something around 5-ish to hold us over - was always delivered promptly and with a smile. Believe me, you won't go hungry!Didn't use the T-pool myself, but there is no charge.Have a great trip!
