hi all.

i'm first time cruising to e. caribbean on the golden princess in march. does anyone have experience with dolphin deck - section AB minisuite w/ balcony? wondering if it is (partially) covered and size?

also, are wine, liquor bottles priced similarly to land pricing? i understand that princess is ok with bringing water, wine, champagne on board?

thnx much!

Dolphin deck balconies are fully exposed and are overlooked by the balconies on the decks above. Size-wise they're very big... I think around 10 x 12.

I've loved my Dolphin mini-suite on my last two Grand sailings. Yes, the balconies are totally exposed. If you want a covered mini-suite, go for the ADs on Emerald. They are at the aft of the ship.

The cabins are spacious, lots of storage in the room itself rather than the closets. I think the mistake a lot of people make is trying the shove every last thing into the closets. There are sheleves where we usually keep the things we will be using everyday: beachbags, fannybacks, water wallets, snorkeling equipment (if we bring it), etc.
