You can make a 12:15 flight if everything is running smoothly. You will need to be one of the first off the ship, so you'll have to self disembark (which means carrying your own luggage off the ship). Hopefully things will run smoothly with customs. Then you have to fight for a cab (there was no set procedure when I was in Miami in February 2008 - whoever got to the taxi first got the ride). Finally you have to clear security at the airport. I made an 11:30am flight in February 2008. I was in the second group off the ship and had elite status with the airline, which meant I could get in the shorter security line.
