How common is it that the order of ports gets juggled once the cruise is underway? I've seen it mentioned in several threads, but can't ascertain how often it happens.
They don't flip flop ports as much as miss ports due to weather conditions. Some ports require tenders and storms and high waves have been known to cause cancellations.
