I have not been on the Dawn yet, but I did read some daily newsletters from a Dawn cruise and they did seem to offer midnight buffets at that time (I think it was early this year?) -- in the Pearly Kings Pub or the casino mainly.  I believe the chocolate buffet was at midnight in the casino about mid-way through the trip.  I figured midnight buffets were a staple on all major lines.  I'm REALLY looking forward to the chocolate one!!
