John, we were on the Sun last spring and the food was good to very good. My only complaint really was the buffets. Actually lunch was ok, but the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. The specialty restaurants were wonderful and the Tapa Bar? well you can make a meal out of the Tapas which is what Tapas are supposed to be. We never ate in the same restaurant twice (dinner that was) we never had a bad dinner. Of course some were better than others. The crew was wonderful, freestyle is the best and the ship is lovely. Cabins a bit small, but certainly plenty of storage and we had no complaints. I am not a big supporter of the west Caribbean, but would cruise the Sun again anytime.Nita
