Don't despair, Norman. I can speak about Celebrity Summit when we were on her in April of this year and, at least in the buffet areas and Aqua Spa cafe, they use coffee that is ground from real beans. You can't see how they prepare the coffee used in the dining room but it tasted quite good and staff told us it was prepared the same way. So it appears that there is no concentrate, at least on this Celebrity ship!Post Edited (09-24-03 13:49)
