I guess it depends on which ship you sail. The m-class (big ships) have a machine at the buffets where you push a button and this coffee colored liquid pours into your cup. It is fair. The dining room has good coffee. I have not tried room service but maybe they have the real deal and you can keep it at your bedside while you are "making Love"he he.Our favorite is the Cova Cafe, although you pay for it, it is better than starbucks and they give you a delicious piece of hazelnut choc. with each cup!
