I've been on the Celebration 3 times, twice when she was new, and a couple of years ago. I had a great time everytime!! Just keep things in perspective. The ship was built in 1987 and at the time was one of the largest at sea. Now it's half the size of what you are used to. There is no atrium, and generally, everything will seem smaller, because it is!! With ONLY 1400 passengers, you will get to know your shipmates.The last time we were on her,the crew was super friendly and helpful, the food was great, and the entertainment was fantastic!!My advice to you, is to treat your cruise on the Celebration as a bit of nostalgia, how cruising was in the late 80's, and don't even try to compare it to the newer ships, which of course she could never compare to.Enjoy!!
