just wondering.... carnival is offering an 50.00 OBC for my cruise, but it isn't for my past guest fare... but an early saver fare incentive in addition to the price drop. I was wondering if anyone thinks i could get carnival to give me the OBC as it is, in a way... a form of price drop??
