Hi. My wife and I did a 10 day in November on the Summit. If I recall, we left on Friday so the formal nights were Saturday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Two informal nights (Jacket but no tie), and 5 casual nights( golf shirt, slacks).You will love the Summit. Great food in the Normandie and the regular diningroom.Great service, beautiful ship.Have a great time. We are jealous.Skip Turner
