Formal Nights

We've book a 7 night cruise on Princess Sapphire. Does anyone know when the formal nights are? Do they usually have them the first and last nights? If not, when. Thanks!!

Speaking very generally....second night aboard and second to last night aboard....might change depending on itinerary.

They will often shoot for sea days, if it fits reasonably into the itinerary.

How many formal nights are on a 10-day cruise on Princess?

2 formal nights on a Princess 10 night cruise.

Beryl is correct. When there are only two formals, they are the second night and the next to last night. The Welcome Gala and the Farewell Gala. They can't do them on the first or last nights, because you are unpacking/packing. Here's the chart.

Wow! Thanks for the great info! Much appreciated! By the way, what do you know about the Caribe Deck on the Emerald Princess? We've got an aft cabin (C734) would that be a quiet area? Anything you wonderful people know will be appreciated!

Never been on that ship, but your deck is completely surrounded by other cabins, so noise should not be an issue at all.
